Feasibility analysis
Our in-house feasibility analysis combines construction delivery experience with formal development management skills. We review the scope, site constraints, indicative costs and programme, drawing on trusted partners and consultants where specialist input is needed. This gives early decisions a practical foundation.
Managing pre-construction
Veracity manages pre-construction in-house, working closely with architects, planners and trusted consultants. We use our delivery experience to spot buildability issues early, coordinate the design and specifications, clarify scope and plan procurement before work begins on site.
Obtaining DA approvals
We manage the DA approval process in-house with our trusted partners and consultants. Working closely with architects and planners, we coordinate documentation, respond to information requirements and keep you informed as the application progresses through the relevant consent authority.
Construction
We deliver custom-built homes and luxury residences to the plans and specifications, with a focus on a premium outcome. Our in-house A-grade carpentry expertise is supported by a trusted network of subcontractors, bringing care to the structure, coordination and detailed finishes.
Delivery and OC
We manage the final steps towards handover: reviewing outstanding items, coordinating completion documentation and working with the relevant consultants and certifier towards the Occupation Certificate (OC). We aim to make the transition from construction to occupation clear and organised.

James Minkus

Over 10 years of construction experience. Customer service at the heart of every project.
A qualified carpenter and NSW licensed builder, James brings experience across architect-designed homes, major renovations and commercial façade works. His career has progressed from hands-on carpentry to leading teams and managing complex residential construction on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
As Site Manager at MINK Building Group, James has led delivery of a $6 million architect-designed residence in North Curl Curl, coordinating architects, engineers and specialist trades from structural works through to detailed finishes and handover. That experience informs his approach at Veracity: resolve buildability issues early, communicate honestly and maintain a close eye on quality. James has built a trusted network of consultants and subcontractors who work together towards timely, cost-conscious delivery and an outcome that exceeds client expectations.
